We're looking for an office administrator!

Maitland Auto Electrical are currently looking for a well-presented candidate wanting to gain practical on the job experience whilst receiving a Cert III in Business Administration to join our team!

Essential Criteria:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Able to confidently deal with a variety of customers and suppliers
  • Basic computer knowledge – training will be provided
  • Strong work ethic, sense of humour and commitment to being reliable and punctual

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and taking bookings
  • Contacting customers
  • Invoicing
  • Ordering stock/parts
  • Replying to emails
  • Filing
